the reason i ask is because i'm deficient in all areas, the thiamine is for my nerves, the Vit B coz i haven't been eating, and well you know what the irons for, so i just wonderd if anyone knew if i can take them all together or not.
don't wanna go to the docs or does anyone know of a good site where i could find out for myself as i've tried typing in all sorts of things and get nothing.

thanks, :D

As far as I am aware, you can. Quite a few of the residents at the hostel I work in take similar combinations of medication. Thiamine and Vitamin B Compound (Strong) combinations are standard.

As far as I am aware, there should be no adverse affects or conflicts with absorption or effectiveness

Iron is affected by calcium, and should not be taken with calcium supplements. I also think I'm right in saying that it is preferable to leave at least two hours before taking any iron supplements after drinking milk. Vitamin C, on the other hand, can aid the absorption of iron.

Thanks and no worries

As long as you don't go mad on the iron supplements you shouldn't have any need to worry about iron toxicity either, because smoking (I'm sure I read that you smoke) creates iron deficiencies anyway.
