I lived in Sussex all my life until I moved to Yorkshire a couple of weeks ago. Never felt posh there, don’t feel posh here. Anyway, I was in Harrogate today and that felt like being in one of the posher parts of Surrey.

Brighton and the South Downs are the only good parts of Sussex, the rest of it is plain boring in my opinion. Some very strange people in the more rural areas too.

You will find me in Derbyshire, although I have a Nottinghamshire telephone code and a South Yorkshire postcode; it's a village halfway between Mansfield and Chesterfield, in a triangle between the cities of Sheffield, Nottingham & Derby (it's called Glapwell, but it's part of the Parliamentary Constituency of Bolsover).
