(re) introduction
Hello, I'm an old sauk member returning after a decade and a half. Struggling with a handful of things at the moment, so looking to share experiences and such. In a nutshell, my social anxiety is better in some areas these days, but still faltering/struggling to understand some of the broad strokes of things; friendship, family relationships, just 'doing' being human. I'm currently waiting to hear about an ASD diagnosis, been waiting a year so far.
Not sure if there's anyone here I remember from back then; I was on the sauce quite a lot of the time when I used to post, I imagine that has something to do with it. Anyway, from a middle aged man called Russell, hello!

 I too have recently came back here, I first used this site in 2010! Lucky it's still here for us when we need it.I totally get the struggles of being a human! Hope things get easier for you man.
