Thankful my internet service is restored

Not supposed to be active till later, but phone line is back. Hooray! *I wasn't checking every half hour honest*
I'm now so behind on course though

as I couldn't download the materials as and when I'd completed things last week/weekend.

Sooooo depressed over the weekend, more than in a long time. Wish I could get back to where I was before in life....

SAUK seems to be about the same 10 people talking to each other, and that's it.

It used to be far busier than this.

And this thread consist if people saying they feel shit, followed by someone giving them a virtual hug and telling them it'll all be ok soon, when it won't, and the next day the same process happens all over again.

A bit sad and panicky. Was told I have one more CBT session left after today, which I kind of knew (I thought today would be the last one). I keep randomly crying, I am so scared of having nobody to talk to and I will miss going even though I dread the sessions.

Mog - sorry you're in so much pain. Don't think we have chatted before, but could relate a bit to what you're saying, as my sister suffered with similar pains to what you describe for a very long time. And it was very hard for her. Sending you a hug.

Oh, forgot to add. I am actually feeling pretty good today. Did more socialising today than I have done in ages and actually held it together quite well, with only minimal over analysing of everything I said. So that's good, but it's left me a bit confused, as I had finally plucked up the courage to see a GP about my anxiety as I felt so bad last week and have an appointment on Wednesday ... and now I don't know if I should go or not.

Aww sorry you're feeling sad C_c. I remember feeling the same when I had some counselling about five years ago. Panicky and upset that I would no longer have this wise, calm person to confide in any more. Big hugs. Hope they've given you some useful strategies to use in your day to day life and that the CBT has helped you.
