^ me neither and I dont really want to. I still call people of my age adults when I refer to them, what I mean is parents and people who I wouldnt want knowing my business or wouldnt feel comfortable misbehaving in front of.

I do it without thinking and my mate rejoices in the hilarity, of is and says "you know you are an adult dont you".

Sort of youthful.

I got asked for ID last week buying a bottle of wine for myself. Today I stopped in to see my dad as I have counselling near where he lives and he asked me to go and get him a few bits. Again I was asked for ID, she must of seen the shock on my face then the amusement and asked me how old I was. I replied '36' and once I said fairly good-naturedly 'oh I'll just have to leave it' she changed her mind (slightly embarrassedly).

I've been trying to drink heaps more water during the day (I've previously been quite bad at it) I think it might actually be paying off!

I should be offended but I'm sooo not - I'm 37 next month I'll take it whilst I can still get it

A fair bit of pain for the flump this evening, all day in fact starting last night.

Sort of like acid reflux but a deeper,wider richer pain if that makes any sense. Plenty of hurt when I eat or drink and a bit when I swallow.

I am resisting googling the term ulcer, I will just convince myself I have the first 10 listings and I wont be going to get it checked out so it is better not to look.

Lower alcohol beer only for me tonight and none tomorrow if it is still hurty.

I am totally confused, it seemed a great idea but who the flip is everybody !! I hadnt realised I rely on avatars to recognise people. Still, worse for people who havent spotted the other thread

Things will get better just as quickly though.

I kinda like my new avatar. Would've been better with 6 arms, and a turquoise background, though.

The thing to remember is despite what certain papers suggest it isnt an epidemic of these types and despite short term variations, long term it is improving and will continue to do so.

These feelings are bound to be escalated when anxious and not feeling connected to people around you. There are plenty of good people,you just have some barriers to overcome Kyle89.

And no, you do not share thinking. The only thing you have in common is geography and biology. My two least favourite subjects at school.

The next reggie program is ultra disturbing too, more so I think.
