Dylan Moran was on Conan last night. This is worthy of putting the kettle on for (i hope it will be anyway, otherwise, **** these guys).
I always get nervous when a British comedian i like is on one of these big American shows. I want them not to be shit.

^^I watched the first two seasons, but it didn't really grab me. I didn't really care about any of the characters. I'll probably watch it though.

TWD'll be back on soon. I'm hoping Abe gets his skull crushed in cos i've got a bet on it.

It's a bit better than the first half of season two, IMO.
The first half of season 2 was pretty shit. They fell into the same trap TWD did in its early days, that of having them all stuck in some place and not really doing anything.

Speaking of things that blow minds, did you know Jurassic Park was essentially a re-working of the Westworld movie? (Amusement park rides coming to life and killing the punters).

^Aye, it was. On paper, i would love the first season, but i don't think they stuck with it long enough, or went big enough in terms of seeing more of the city-wide outbreak. They did do something that i've always had as a plan in the case of such an event, though: get on a bloody boat. They've probably ruined that escape plan for me now. Gits. I'll have to come up with another.

^I do have another idea which you, or anyone, can use. Carry a ladder and some duct tape with you at all times. If you're on a highway and suddenly get swamped by the dead, up a lamppost you go. Walkers downstairs? Ladder out the window to the window next door. Also, you can use it to cross rivers. And duct tape, well, that does everything.

Why does no one on these shows ever go up the attic?! "There's walkers downstairs, we're ****ed." No, you're not, just go up the attic, mate. Or use your ladder.

^I don't know about the new ones, but i'm sure there's a way a ladder could be used to get one over on them.

That first episode of FTWD was quite enjoyable.

Westworld eh? I loved that film when I was young. The series has Anthony Hopkins in so it's an auto download

I've been curious about Westworld. Glad to hear it's good . It looked promising in the trailers and I always thought the film was a bit of a classic.

I'm halfway through the fourth episode of the second part of the second season of FTWD... Christ, does it drag. Why does everyone have to have so many secrets on these shows? They centre these shows around these secrets like they are the most important element. I don't give a shit. I just want to see people coming up with ingenious ideas in sticky spots. Or an episode where they find an empty Toys R Us and turn it into their own Fun House. If i ever find myself in a post-apocalyptic world, i'm killing on the spot anyone who acts even remotely secretive. You're done.
