bifidobacterium
People go on about Probiotics.
Now this maybe just coincidence. But I bought these yogurts and each time they seemed to contain: bifidobacterium And it seemed to help anxiety. But when I took general probiotics- no effect and just stomach malaise. (I had this with kefir as well) So I don't know if anyone else wants to try and find and see if this has an impact. Find a yogurt see if it has listed bifidobacterium and see if it helps. Better than taking dubious pills which you can then possibly get an addiction to. |
