Nervous, scared, worried. Been giving a lot more to do at work and it could lead to something pretty good, but really worried about fluffing it.

I've been feeling increasingly worse lately, my anxiety is at an all time high from lack of socialisation. I feel like I'm a stones throw away from going absolutely bat shit crazy. I don't know whether to let it happen, or just get in bed and never get out again.

Sluggish. I hate how i feel, completely, physically and mentally, in the mornings. The only time i feel remotely 'true' is at the end of the day, and then i have to sleep and ruin it. The amount of times i've just opened my eyes and thought "ugh, not this shit again." I need a way out.

At the mo it feels worse than never ending, it feels like it's only going to get harder.

I'm the opposite. I generally feel ok in the mornings and then feel progressively worse throughout the day. Although at the moment I'd quite happily hibernate in bed all day every day.

Foggy, lethargic, unmotivated, weighed down, shakey, no empathy for a lot of things, tired, want to drift off to sleep in a warm cuddle and wake up in the future where a cure for all this has been found.

'Have you got the blues? Do you not think much of yourself? Do you wanna run through the street naked and slap strangers with a wet fish and scream 'we're all different, just **** off'? Do you want to stand on top of a mountain and tell the world to go **** itself? Well why don't you try DepressionSupression available at your local Boots store. 100% guarenteed to provide a healthy mind. Keep those pants on, put the fish down.....DepressionSupression.

Someday.

Having a bad day, feeling sorry for myself, wishing I had someone in my life who I could talk to, thinking about all the hope I had at one point in my life, wondering how one person in particular could possibly have treated me the way they did and then instantly move on and be happy with their life, without feeling any regret or guilt. I know it's wrong but I always feel bad when my brother is home, because there's someone who practically had the exact same childhood as me but managed to become a normal healthy adult. What went wrong in my life that didn't in his? Is this going to be my lot for the next 60 years then I die?

My mind is racing, the above is a small sample of what I've been thinking in just the past couple of minutes, I've had an hour of it so far. I've also been talking to myself, imagining conversations that I could have or should have had, thinking about what the other person could have possibly said in response and just extrapolating from there. It's as though I'm trying to fix my life in retrospect. I can't stop myself either, I keep telling myself "You're acting like an insane person, stop doing this right now" and then I answer myself back, and then my subconscious voice turns into one of the people I was just imagining having a conversation with and I carry on. So yeah, I think I'm actually going insane, could do with being talked down from where I am by someone.

Aww I hope she's okay Charlotte, I'll have to get some pet insurance sorted out for mine now for peace of mind.

I got my cat lots of toys and treats today, there's deals on James Wellbeloved pouches at the Range right now.

My tremors were getting so bad I had to go back onto Paroxetine, I didn't go to the bands live gig in Halifax on Friday and told my friend not to come up on Sunday because I didn't want anyone to see me shaking.

I sat in feeling a bit depressed, some symptoms are not too bad, but shaking makes me self-conscious, luckily the pills have stopped it.

Rang up for a care worker job that said car preferable, I explained I only needed to do my theory and they said once that's sorted to ring them back. It's the first glimpse of a proper career job and gives me something to work towards!

A less likely but exciting work opportunity is becoming a Kylie Minogue Tribute Act, my friend Russell suggested it, he's a DJ and has all the equiptment for performing. I'm a bit uncertain at this early stage but it's what you make it.

PRH-I feel the same in regards to my sister, you're certainly not alone there. As for talking to yourself that's actually healthy, your mind is always active and is trying to create the scenarios you would like to experience.

So sad and tired. I want to be put to sleep like a sick animal. I don't believe that anyone will ever know me or want me. Nobody will love me, look after me, care about me. Maybe it's not all my fault but either way, I've failed at life and I so want to give up now

Drank coffee because I was almost falling asleep, and now generalised anxiety about everything has skyrocketed. Whoops.

Was feeling quite happy earlier, too.

Have you been offered any counselling? It might be something worth pursuing if you are having difficulty coming to terms with your injury.
