Default motivation

I can never motivate myself to train can any1 give me advise please. All i ever do is sit playing my ps3

  • Remind yourself why you're doing it. Also remind yourself of the benefits of exercise.
  • Keep a training diary, preferably also include pictures of your progress in muscle toning and weight loss.
  • Try the 5 minute rule which involves you pushing yourself to do 5 minutes of work which in turn should hopefully make it easier to continue.
