Ill. Dunno why this is happening to me, but I have a chronic cold (since October), and now I have a cold/flu on top of that cold. It's not fun. So I had to email my uni and say I'm not going in today, and I just hope they don't give me a hard time - because I am actually genuinely ill this time. I was trying to have perfect attendance for the rest of the term so they would get off my back, but with the state I'm in today, there is no way I could get through two hours of lectures today. I just hope they don't start bothering me about it.

I'm feeling ok. I was very down earlier, but kicked my own arse into gear, got out of the house for an hour or so, and am now feeling much better. I found this week very draining because I am a very anxious person. Hopefully i can adapt myself to not feel so tired from worrying myself silly.

Very low. My moods are fun, aren't they? It's funny that when I'm this low I'm always alone.


When I am very low, I feel a crushing, aching pain that consumes all of my chest. My body feels heavy. My mind feels heavy. I literally forced myself on an hour long walk with the dog. I went from trying with all my might to hold back from crying, to a dull numbness... which later, was a accompanied by a throbbing headache. I feel very tired.


In general I am tired. I've been battling with my moods since puberty. It's normal for me, but that doesn't make it any easier. Each time I feel happy again, I tell myself I can stay like it. But then something will trigger it off, and down and down I spiral like a coin rolling along the gutter until it finally drops into the drain.


But all I can do is bare it. Deal with it. Keep going.


I watched Coronation Street tonight. I watched Sophie standing on top of the Church, threatening to jump off, shouting for God to intervene whilst crying hysterically. I thought, oh look it's you. It was like looking at myself. People watching that see a dramatised version of reality. But for me, it was my reality. Countless times I have been that girl, making threats, crying, asking for help. I know that isn't normal to get like that on a regular basis.


But hey ho, away we go. It's life.

I know I have a friend who lives near, but I still feel very alone. I mean I am alone really, I am alone in what I'm feeling, and I don't really talk about it in life.


So people in life don't really know me.


I feel pathetic too. Pathetic that I can't just be like other people. Pathetic that I cry over the slightest thing. Pathetic that I still hold onto the belief that love would cure everything.

Earlier i was on msn talking to a guy who i met on okcupid who sent me kinky pics in past and we were speaking, he finds out i am sad/pathetic as per. Call me psychic but I read about their 'news flash' press releases hours ago rofl. Its usually 2 hours but the best has been 4 hours. Its ridiculously how out of date thats its pointless to mention..just mention the even newer news lol. First time I watched them since probably last summer or towards end last year and was hoping for up to date news on on japan disaster.
