Default Bad day

Had a bit of a bad day yesterday(first one in ages)

Went to see a guy about careers and am getting a bit of pressure from the job centre to find a job!

( Got took off Incapacity and back onto Job Seekers Allowance )

So got 2 jobs to apply for and the old feelings of anxiety and self esteem came up again and i felt yukk!!

(Cant handle dealing with a lot of people at once if i was working)

Its funny how it takes ages to build yourself up but only a short time to feel bad like i used to .

But today i feel ok again,

"Just have to ride the storm and the sunshine shall return"

bit like Tom Hanks in Castaway

That sounds horrible.
I'm terrified of being taken off incapacity because I know I couldn't cope with having to mix with people all day in a job.
I suppose it's going to happen sooner or later though, especially the way the government are talking at the moment.

I just don't know what I will do when it happens. The last time I tried to work I ended up in hospital with a nervous breakdown.

It's always the people who need it the most that seem to get taken off it.

the bad days are there to remind you of the good ones and viceversa. They are not setbacks but only part of the whole you, they are there to confirm your progress and not to regress, now you know that there will be good days and bad days in your life and also that they will pass.
Work is a scary thing I must say, but is also one of the ways to help you validate yourself, once you will get a job, or complete your first assignement, or say "hello" to your first collegue, you know that you make a step forward......even tripping over on the way
Never look back and good luck whatever you do and have a good day

Thank you all for the kind words and am feeling a bit better again

So true what you say Coco, you sound like a wise fellow

I just have to look for the right job for me and not to jump into the first one i see as that what happened in the past 3 years.

My college night course is going well and who knows , the new semester starts in September and i might be able to go on a part time or fulltime course!

I shall try to be more Mindfull again , and there are no failures just outcomes
