Default Moss - IT Crowd

Beware ladies I found this picture just now, almost made my heart stop!

Ok, maybe it's me, I love Moss in the IT crowd, there's something oh so adorable about him, I am taken, but blimey......
Some of my favourite quotes:
Roy: [singing] We don't need no education.
Moss: Yes you do; you've just used a double negative

Roy: How do you know about this site?
Moss
: Oh, I'm a member.
Roy
: Really? You do the whole Lonely Hearts thing?
Moss
: I'm a 32 year old IT-man who works in a basement. Yes, I do the whole Lonely Hearts thing!

Moss
: [reading a text message] Roy is stuck under a desk.
Jen: What?
Moss: Yes, it is an unusual text message, it's not just me, is it?

"The spider is now about my person!"

Hehe Moss rocks! I love the way he takes everything so literally, and says flip when he's really angry instead of swearing, what a sweetie in a geeky, aspergersy kind of way!

I must admit, I do enjoy sitting down for a good session, but it's usually with Red Hot Chili Peppers videos - is that weird?

I love The IT Crowd. Moss is brilliant! This series has been fantastic. It's a shame tomorrow's episode is the last in the series

If I wore those glasses and parted my hair that kerazy way, I could pass as him. I also do a mean impression of his voice. So, come on, ladies! Did anyone see him in The Mighty Boosh, Garth Merengi's Darkplace or Nathan Barley...cos all those things are WAY better than the IT Crowd (in my opinion, of course. Which is right.)

^ Yay! It's a travesty how underrated Darkplace is...mind you, that Dean Learner chat show thing they did WAS a travesty.

I wasn't so keen on the first series of IT Crowd, but this one has been great, really good fun. Nathan Barley wasn't my cup of ink at all.

I love the IT Crowd. Check out this video on youtube of a funny deleted scene.

I love it more so because I was down on the beach a few weeks ago and this happened to me. I went to kick the ball back and the wind took it and made it curl away from the lads. Arghhhh.

I do like the IT crowd, Moss is my hero . I'd say I prefer the first series of it so far though, Chris Morris was a much better boss, don't really care for the new one. The episode with the fire is still my fave:

I got quite into the Dean Learner chat show after a few episodes.
I liked the element of tragedy, especially the one about the 'Bitch Killer!' guy.

But they made a huge mistake by using a real audience. A fake audience would have made it all work.

^ It was the laughter that did it for me. I hate dem laugh tracks, real or fake. I did like the episodes with Garth Merengi and the one with the actor who was dying (I think? ). Sadly, it was just not a patch on Darkplace

I have really enjoyed this series of the I.T, think it has got better...I loved Garth Merenghi's Darkplace though soooooooooo much...Moss is just a geekier version of Dean Learner.

I also loved the fact that Chris Morris played the boss in the I.T Crowd...I love that man. :-D

Did you watch the end credits where the naked boss flashed up on the screen? Genuis.

I'm going to go watch the first series on you tube.

Was that really the last one ever? I heard Moss (the actor who plays him) has gone to America to do an American version.

The American version didnt happen. They made a pilot or so and the boss of NBC (a different one to the boss who agree'd to the pilot) apparently hated it and it got canned.

No news on a season 3 or not but i would imagine there will be.

Sounds like what happened with Red Dwarf which would have had the original Kryten. Our version would have ended much sooner if it got off the ground. Not that it would have, I've seen clips of the the pilot and it was awful. I'm guessing the US IT Crowd pilot wasn't written by the same guy so it was probably terrible.

I read that the scripts they were gonna use for the first series were identicle to the UK scripts.

I do believe Lineham was an executive producer on the american version too.

In a way its good news for the UK series anyway

If they were indetical then why didn't they just use our programs? Thats what I don't get.

We import loads from them - Friends, Desperate house wives, Lost etc and we don't get all our actors to do a British version.

most British humour doesn't seem to work in America; about the only thing that survived the crossing unmolested was Benny Hill . ..
