^ Do you use clippers?
My other half was thinking about shaving all of his hair off but thankfully he changed his mind as it might feel like I was living with a different person

@ Dougella - My husband said he would contact every GP if he has to and if he got nowhere with that he would phone 999 as abruptly coming off benzodiazepines is dangerous enough to be a medical emergency. Still worried sick about it all though.

@ Ethel - Thank you for your supportive feedback
I always guessed that my private shrink was in it for the money but I never thought he would leave me high and dry when it was him that contributed to the addiction by prescribing the pills in the first place!
Yes, I shall be sure to check online for any help groups when the time comes.

^ Good, your husband has the right attitude! But i'm sure it won't come to that. Ethel's suggestion of local addiction services is a very good idea too.

Yeah, clippers - have been for years and years and years. I'm no better than i was to begin with and i'm pretty certain it looks DIY

Hahaha, yeah i can imagine, i have a friend who did similar, on a whim, who hadn't told his gf and i was like, 'mate... she's gonna be pretty .. shocked'. It didn't look too bad on him but, if i had a partner, i wouldn't pull that on them without warning

I wonder why people bother reminding others about the clocks changing when it's impossible not to notice since most things change times automatically.

Because lots of things still need doing manually from analogue watches, basic phones, ovens to cars and to know that unless you sleep sooner, you're losing 1 hour's sleep.

^ Our central heating clock needs changing manually.

My son's car will be showing the right time again.
Only problem is he traded it in for another 2 weeks ago. Maybe he will work it out on the new one

^ have you tried turning it off at the plug for a minute because then it will need to be reset anyway. That's what I do with ours because it makes absolutely no sense how to do it and I end I'll think it's done, but I end up setting some sort of random timer instead of the time

^^ That's always been one of the biggest struggles of my life. One time I tried changing the time, thought I'd done it, but it kept beeping at midnight every night.

^ Brush your teeth. You don't have to brush all of them, just the ones you want to keep.

"Not brush all of them"

I brushed them (all), reasoning that i'd 'do it for the teeths sake', which is the right reason ultimately.

I think my local Tesco is being a bit lax around the Coronavirus safety precautions, although they are now cleaning all the trolley and basket handles there were a lot more customers in the store than I expected.
The staff also didn't seem to be taking social distancing very seriously either.
On a happier note I managed to get all but one of the items on my shopping list and the self service checkouts have been switched off

I'm going to be entering the 2nd half of my 30s very soon I'm hoping that turning 30 was the last milestone that sends me into an existential wobbler, and that when I'm 40 I'll be able to just laugh at how ridiculous it is. Getting old while still effectively being a 12 year old is taxing on the bonce for sure.

^ I had a weird wobble when I turned 34, don't know what that was about. Yeah, I think turning 40 is just going to seem ridiculous

I'm wondering why my upstairs neighbour has chosen to start playing Britney Spears Hit Me Baby One More Time.

All the people complaining about being locked down, they should try being in a job where there is no chance to work from home, because the job you do is classed as essential, and your the only person in your street that has to go out early to work.

Why do people always seem to congregate to chat outside my house? I'm tempted to stand by my window and keep coughing until they go away

Music production has taken my mind off coronavirus. Maybe a bit too much to the point that I have to remind myself that it's still a real.

The good thing is that music production seems to keep me in a relaxed, positive mood. The bad side is that I'm obsessing over my projects that I haven't slept well the last few nights and have became careless about most other things. Yesterday I slept at almost 5am.
