I am feeling the rubbishiest of rubbish today. Headache, neck pain (for 4 hours now

) plus 2 lots of painkillers and they're not helping. My mental state is going up and down like a flaming yo-yo. I'm fine for an hour and then the next I can feel myself sliding into a state of panic that I have to try really hard to talk myself out of.

I know what my problem is. I've spent so long stuck in the same 'safe' routine and the second anything new comes along my SA leaps up in the way.

I didn't ask in the end. I do want to at some point though, maybe if I mention at work that I nearly text him to see if he wanted to do something over Easter and see how he reacts. My house is a complete tip anyway. Ahh, so disappointed in myself though for not doing it.

^Cheers. I need to call up and book my flights, or at least start the process of booking them. Three aeroplanes and about 30 hours from A to B, then 1 nights sleep in a guesthouse (I don't suffer that badly with anxiety but that might be a bit of an SA nightmare) while combating the effects of altitude sickness (who builds a city on top of a mountain anyway?) followed by a 2 day coach ride down a mountain, up another mountain and then back down again. I'm excited but when I spell it out like that***8230; Jesus, what am I doing!?

I'm acutely aware that easter last year was when me and mike got back together so this is my first easter without him in 9 years. As a result I can't stop crying. So I'm avoiding family and eating my roast dinner in my room alone with tears rolling down my face. I wish the house wasn't full of people so I could just ride this out without anyone noticing.
