I'm sorry to hear that you don't feel that SAUK is offering you the support that you need anymore and you will be very much missed. But, it's good to hear that your Social Anxiety is now a lot more manageable and I'm sure you will eventually achieve many of your goals. Ah growth or improvement isn`t just measurable in which targets we`ve reached imo,but also in mental attitude and personal growth (yeah I know,ick,fetch a tambourine but bear with me) and it`s possible you`ve just outgrown this place,which is perfectly natural. I think we learn what we need to from places or people and then sometimes need fresher pastures to help us keep expanding. I hope you find what you need at this stage in your life,you`ve already come so far that just imagine where you could be in another 10 years time!

It's really good to hear the forum's been of help to you in the past and that you've made lots of progress, Herr Kurt, but it's always sad to see someone go. Sounds as if it's the right decision for you though. All the best with things!

I feel I can relate to a lot of what you wrote. I do often wonder why I am still here as I've been here about the same length of time you have too and I don't really get much if anything out of being on here. I suppose it's something to do when I'm feeling at a loose end which might sound disdainful but I have got so much out of this site down the years so that certainly isn't any reflection on the forum, just where I'm at currently.

I've seen you transform over the years into a more rounded, moderately well adjusted () human being and it's been not only interesting to watch but also inspiring.

Where ever you go and whatever you do I hope you end where you want to be. Good luck for the future Goddy.
