What kind of feeling is it exactly? Is it boredom when in, anxiety when out?
Aside from making your own fun (there's no barriers in pursuing most hobbies) you could work on changing the way you think (getselfhelp.com) and setting little challenges. It's days like these you have to dig deep cos lets face it, no-one's going to walk up to you and ask if you want to be friends. At least be open to trying one new thing and then objectively think 'how did that go?' and then do it again. Fear is better than being numb. |
