How is everyone feeling? (14)

I feel average. My girlfriend made up some rubbish and ended it with me however I wasn't too keen on her craziness. I'm now pushing the boundaries of procrastination into new areas, doing absolutely nothing at all. I might go to the gym in an hour and then spend the rest of the night on the ps3 and ipad.

I used to work shifts, switching between nights and days could be hell on earth at times. A guy I worked with: Drove home in the evening after a 12 hour shift, felt tired and pulled over for a power nap. Woke up 8 hours later. He lived an hour and a half's drive away so just went back to work for his next shift to start.

I think you go to your doctor- you can get referred to places that might be able to put you on a assertiveness course or so.

Peed off. Fridge hasn't been working for past few days - typical - coming up to it's 5 year warranty! Phoned the company and it has gone into administration! Phoned local repair people - £45 just for a call out...well at least they are coming out tomorrow!

Feeling a bit nerve-wracked atm. Sent off an app for work experience yesterday - had to re-check like 6 times because I was scared I forgot to add my CV to the email! I'm terrible.

On the flipside, I've dyed my hair. I feel a bit better about my appearance.
