I'm feeling pretty good today aswell. Started off naff because due to someone elses error I missed part of my class this morning, but after a chat with my year head about my grades and what I want to do in future I feel alright.

Apparently I'm hitting the right notes when it comes to my written work and it's one of my major strengths on my degree, but I'm still immensely lagging in the speaking department (unsurprisingly).

I don't understand myself. I sometimes feel like "hell yeah! I'll go do something with myself like volunteering or work exp. or something"... but when it comes to actually trying to do it it's like an invisible wall's in the way. I frustrate myself.

i had a day off today and went to bournmouth with a mate for the afternoon wandered round and we even had some sunshine, i thought it was best i had a day off as yesterday i was painting a door frame saw red flipped and launched my paint brush at full pelt down the hallway bounced it off the end wall and it snapped the brush in half always best if i don't ignore the warning signs that i've overdone it

, feel slightly more relaxed this evening.

tired, sad with how my life has turned out, i keep holding on, believeing that it will get better, but ive been thinking that for 10 years now and its got nothing but worse, im just totally unbalanced in my mind and body ect which is making things worse. i need a bit of hope then i can turn that into something good :D

Burnt myself earlier this morning, too, by spilling some boiling hot chocolate over my thighs cos my hand decided for some reason to simply let go of the mug.
