Another newbie
Hi. I'm John, 30 years old and decided to join here after googling how to stop blushing in public and be calmer when out and about on my own. Google quickly churned out Social Anxiety and after doing an SA test checker thingy I got the result of suffering from severe Social Anxiety Disorder. I want to understand it more because it's stupid. I mean why am I afraid of people's thoughts towards me when I don't feel anything for them?
I'll write a post in the main section and go from there. |

It feels nice to be connecting with people similar to myself. Tell me a bit about yourself, if you'd be so kind? I just wrote a rather long and probably boring post in the main section. If you're suffering from insomnia it may help you |

Nothing that can't be fixed I'm sure. Ah, Scotland. I've visited there a few times. I found the people over confident and half the time I wondered what they were saying. I was asked if I wanted a piece...being polite I said yeah, expecting a piece of cake of some sort. Imagine my disappointment when I got handed a sandwich! Chin up, it'll get easier for you. |
