Default The bra poll (boys; you might not wanna click!)

Hey to all the girls on this site =).

Um.. I was just wondering.. which do you prefer: underwired or non-wired bras? Or do you prefer both?

I love wearing non-wired bras because they're comfy but I guess wired bras give you more shape and *ahem* lift.

Sorry if any guys are managing to read this - then again, if you lot have any views please feel free to share them - that'll be 'interesting'

I don't really see the point of non-wired bras, but I do have massive breasts, so that's probably why. I hate wearing bras and only do on very special occasions. On Chimpy's mum's 60th Birthday I strapped one on, this time I'd measured myself properly at home and had one that fit (unlike most of my teens where I tried to squeeze into the pretty bras) but it still wasn't a fun day.

Making a thread with 'bra' in the title and then expecting males not to click it is like telling a child not to touch the freshly baked cake you just put out on the cupboard

Only wired, unless working out. Then I wear a sports bra. Unwired don't give enough support.

I think this question is basically "how big are your tits?" If you've got anything above a C cup then you ain't gonna get the support from a non-wired bra. I only own underwired bras (so guess that gives something away about me )

ps if anyone knows of anywhere that does decent underwired bras for DD and above (other than Marks and Spencer's) I'd be interested to know about it

I have a pair of DD's and i always wear underwired , i find it gives me more support as i am not quite as perky as Tickledpink I used to take off my bra at every opportunity, but now I fear going without incase they end up down at my knees!

I wear wired bras now as I'm older and need the support. When I was younger and firmer I went braless or wore non-wired bras. I also had a pigeon chest until I had an operation to correct it four years ago so the wires used to cut into my breast bone really painfully.

PS Your title said bra poll ShyDoll. Did you mean to post a poll with this?

LMAO.. Well come on.. Could you imagine me without underwire. My tits would be lower than my belly button.. LMAO..

Geeeez and imagine the backache.. Then again, any excuse for a good..... erm.. massage. Now where did I put those oils.. All I need now, is someone with big hands to rub me all over. :D

Same here; I take an odd size so non wired choices are very limited. I also appreciate the lift

I don't know if there is a such a thing as too much lift. I suppose there is maybe.

Normally I would wear an underwired bra but in my current delicate condition I'm told I shouldn't wear them

Any recommendations for a decent support bra would be greatly appreciated, over the past few months I've shot up at least 4 sizes

Hehe I'm intrigued. How big are they then and are they real? The only big boobs I've ever seen go against gravity are the silicone variety a la Leah from bb.

I work on a lingerie department of a shop and we have hardly any Un-wired bras, the only ladies who ever want un- wired are the older lady or the teenagers, i guess some people would find a wire uncomfortable but I dont think I would want to wear an unwired bra they dont seem too supportive of the bigger boobs

Bravissimo http://www.bravissimo.com/bravissimo/ is where I buy all my bras from, it's the only place in the universe that sells bras in my size. I think they have a shop in Manchester, that's where they started I think. They do have a website though, and when they have a sale they are rather fabby.

Figleaves is also an online site for big boobied woman but I can't find anything to fit me there.

My problem is that I have a small rib cage (30 inches) and bigger than average boobs for someone my size. Most places start at 32 inches.

God bless underwired bras, I couldn't wear anything else. Fantasie bras are a godsend.

Woops, just remembered I posted this thread earlier then turned my pc off when my boyfriend came over :embarass:

So..I guess I'm the only person who wears non-wired bras lol..Maybe I should start wearing wired bras..

Just - how the feck do you wear them without feeling like the wire's poking in one of your ribcages? D'you think I'm picking the wrong size? My normal size is about 42DD but maybe I'm smaller in wired bras?

Winnie - I was hoping a mod would make this into a poll but I guess it doesnt work that way. Meh I'm happy with just hearing people's opinions =) 3 pages of opinions is better than nowt =)

For future reference ShyDoll it is really easy to add a poll.
When you open a new thread after you've posted your message you can scroll down and there is an option to add a poll and you just follow the instructions. But don't post your thread before you have completed the poll instructions as I have done before.
