OTC remedies for anxiety

Can anyone recommend any OTC remedies for anxiety? Nothing illegal,please.

Kalms.
This weird stuff that you put drops on your tongue, can't remember what it's called.
Hay fever meds, might make you tired though.
Giving up caffeine is supposed to help. I'll let you know if it helps if I ever manage to do it.

^^^ I've got some Kalms. That sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I have to take 3-4 at a go though.

^^ L-Theanine- where do you get it from? Can you get it via Amazon?
