when your (henry) hoover keeps getting stuck in doorways and carpets and rolling over on it's side,. then rolling about and crashing into furniture,
I SO frickin' hate hovering

plus,.. opening packets of stuff that seem to be only accessible by scissors,
food packets now seem to be vacuum packed in some odd way where you can't peel it open or 'owt

plus,... smart TVs that constantly seem to have a problem picking up Wi-Fi,...
mobile phone,.. Wi-Fi signal, check - tablet,. Wi-Fi signal,.check - TV,. nope.. for the 8th. time.. no Wi-Fi signal ...

How long a windows update takes. ffs. I started it at 3.30? ish and it's just finished about 10 mins ago. In the time it took I managed to clean my kitchen, wash the dishes, have a bath, hoover, rant at my neighbour to myself, do my nails and watch a couple of episodes of MSW.

When you're getting ready to do something, but you know you'll spend the whole time thinking about how you'd be having more fun doing the other thing you were going to do, so you don't feel like doing anything.

general £rant..

5 years ago I got 40p/mile for using my car at work...the going rate now is 45p

5 years ago I got a speeding ticket, £60. Now it's £100

thats 10% increase in money in, 50% increase in money out.

Also my last pair of lenses 3 years ago was £60. Today it's £100

No wonder the country is bankrupt

I'll eat bits of paper when I'm senile / starving,.. but not before that, thank you

Many a year ago when you bought a video game you got a nice big A4 sized box with a big hefty manual in and maybe a bit of artwork (and potentially a shit load of floppy disks)

It's gone the way of everything else!

First they downsized the boxes (probably reasonable) then the artwork went out the window, then the manuals got smaller and smaller and less helpful.

Before long you ended up with an a5/a6 leaflet telling you if you need help go online and get a PDF from here, and maybe if your lucky you get a little picture saying what each button does.

Nintendo Switch games are really taking the piss, no paperwork at all, just a cartridge the same size as an SD card

I wouldn't mind, throughout all this the ****ing prices keep going up!

Bra wires but in particular how they always manage to poke their way free to stab you for daring to confine the boobies for so long. I lose a lot of good bra's to these freedom protests. Not sure if it's the washing machine to blame but I don't have a bitch boy to wash my delicates separately so it'll have to do. Ain't nobody got time for that.

They were in a little polythene bag. Needless to say i didn't open it, only seeing the front/top one, which was non-nude

I usually just make a salad for lunch,
Finely chopped: red onion, cherry tomato, red pepper, cucumber,
Plus, olives and cashew nuts, then drizzle lemon juice, honey and balsamic vinegar,
Seasoned with a little sea salt, black pepper and basil,
Never fails to hit the spot,

lol,.. I'm hopeless with lunch stuff, that's why I'm always just churning out salads day after day,....
I did try Heinz sandwich spread the other day and quite liked it, but it felt a bit like I'd put on tons of weight by having it,...probably not too healthy?

Your salad & burger with nandos sounds very more-ish,
I may steal that recipe idea

Trouble for me with having soup, beans, spaghetti hoops and toast etc. Is it means spending much more time in my work's busy canteen - nope, not gonna' happen

When my fella stays at his parents for few nights and doesn't tell me! I was ringing his house last night, no answer. It gives me two thoughts, either he's lying on the floor dead or he's gone to his parents.

I've told him before , let me know when you go to your parents. He's probably forgotten.
Why can't he use a mobile phone .
