I debated for ages to get that or the i7 3770k version but eventually preferred the price of the i5 and the i7 didnt offer me much. I dont do enough things where hyperthreading would of helped and they run a little hotter from my research. (So I probably would of turned it off lol) Since im ganna overclock it, it made more sense just to get the i5 (Which runs 'mildy' cooler at stock) and make up the difference through that.

cannondale sticker set, quick release skewers, sram chain, brake and gear cable set, shimano triple crank set and dropped my old frame off at powdercoaters earlier. restoring bike i bought when i was 15.
