Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
I've been in perpetual bad sleeping routines all my life.

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
I'm also here, with a mixture of insomnia and worry about going into work tomorrow. This lovely combination has been bugging me now for months. I always feel like a washed out rag in the morning - a great way to start the day. I think this'll be me for good now - no more sleep tonight :-/ I'll browse the forum then maybe play a game on my phone. I'll stay in bed though cos all hope of sleep will be lost completely if I get up.

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
Once I get into a good routine, it slowly changes and I'm in a bad routine again.
If I go out at night, that just determines I will have a bad routine. |

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
I'm pretty much always up at these odd times. Browsing the web and listening to music late at night/early morning gives me a lot of good time to think and relax.
Those early singing birds at 3am+ can be annoying though. |

I've just been playing a game on my phone and got totally absorbed. I've got up now and I'm watching tv through blurry eyes. I'm supposed to be going to my in-laws soon and need to have an 11pm-8am sleeping pattern going on, but right now it's 6am-4pm. Ah well! |

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
This is just a normal hour tbh.
I dont finish stuff usually until 2-3. Then I need atleast a minimum of one hour to 'cool down' my brain. No point going to bed straight away with an overactive brain. |

Awake and working!
As I work for myself, I find myself slipping into working nights and sleeping days. |

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
Not really, I quite like it.....tend to put on a audio book and just get on with it.
My work is really varied, I think I would get bored as hell if I was doing something repetitive. There is something quite cool about waking up at say 3am and thinking "go back to sleep or go make money!" |

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
I'm awake too, for no good reason - well I did fall asleep at about 9pm, probably just a bit out of phase.

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
I know! This is a constant issue for me now too! If it wasn't against my work's policy, I'd be using this time to do work and email it in to myself right now. That way, I'd at least be doing something constructive and alleviating some of the stress that I feel about work :-/
This has been going on now for months! Wish I knew what the answer was. I hate spending the full day feeling worn out, then passing out at 9pm, only to wake up again with my heart pounding at 12am, and knowing that sleep is gone and I have to make do with 3 hours and still get through the day. It just feels so futile. I long for an unbroken 8 hour sleep again *looks all nostalgic* |

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
Can't sleep.
I've been thinking, people who have a good sleeping routine and have jobs probably don't feel so depressed. |

Re: Awake at silly o'clock again!
What's sleep again? That thing where you sweat, toss and turn and get cups of tea every other hour? : D :'(

Hey. : )
And I've got a Dentist appointment this morning as well. Still, better to be a zombie for that instead of being wide awake. |
