Perimenopause starts when ur 46/47. That's real nice. As if I haven't got enough on my plate already. Hoping wine might dull tummy ache but obviously not too much of the stuff.

Surprised I came on this morning.
It is on time but after taking the morning after pill it says it makes it few days late.
Still not out of the woods yet, if this is extra light or heavy then , not a good sign.

Last night I have unbelievable pain for 3 hours.

Kept thinking if this if just period pain , hell knows what actual labour is like, no thanks.
Took ibuprofen but took it's time to work.
Did manage to sleep ok after

Mine has started today.

Kind of explains why I woke up feeling mega anxious at 6:30am on a day I don't need to be at work!!! Oh, and the fact I have eaten so much junk and everything in sight over the last few days. I'd put it down to just wanting to enjoy the bank holiday weekend, and the fact I'd run out of Sertraline on Friday, so haven't taken these for a few days.

I'm lucky that I don't get bad period pain anymore, it's definitely got better as I've got older, and I only need to take a paracetamol now and that sorts it.

Also, does anyone have a different smell to them just before there period? Like a very vague odour (probably only noticeable to me tbh), if you sweat your sweat smells of it too.
I feel like i'm oozing that smell from my pores.

Was planning to have a day out but if it's anything like my last one , I will be on my death bed.

im on day 7 of bleeding. i have no idea why i came on so early?? im exhausted like a shadow of myself atm & i have 0 patience. im usually only heavy for 2 days

Just started. Which does explain a lot. My current headache and tiredness and yesterdays on and off tearfulness
