I don't have a suggestion for our marketing campaign right now. Which of course is a slight problem! But I am still willing to offer a few brainstorming ideas

Trying to resolve a touchscreen issue with my phone. It's completely unresponsive right now - i found out whilst trying to answer a call that i couldn't respond to!

I've had a little youtube ... ugh, what a waste of time it's becoming sifting through the sea of shit help videos now, not to mention the awful use of background music. I can't open the poxy thing to get at my sim because i can't find the pin lock thing - i remember putting that away somewhere for safe keeping!

I've rebooted it several times holding down the power button for ten seconds... which doesn't work

I'm quite worried that it may have been damaged from yesterdays use in the rain. It's supposed to be splashproof and has a case but i've noticed a very slight discolouring at the top right corner and a little down the edge from there.

I'm in a world of pain right now. I used a sewing pin to get my sim, so that's no issue now. Unfortunately the sim is too small for my previous phone and i haven't got one of those little things to put it in to make it bigger (sorry, awful sentence, i'm so frustrated with this shit). I do have my mums old phone which i'm trying to setup now.... not what i want on a sunday evening
