Hi I’m 23 from sunny sunny Bournemouth. I have been suffering from sa since I was around 16. I recently started getting help with my mental illness which is improving my self esteem. I am more confident about the future for once and I am looking forward to getting to know you.

Hi Everyone
i go for counselling once a week with a private psychotherapist who I found on a directory on the internet. I was really depressed for like two years so I decided I couldn’t it put off any longer. I didn’t go to the nhs because I thought going private would be more direct and quicker but it didn’t go so well initially as the first person couldn’t help.

Is any one else here receiving treatment, and how’s that going?
