I had to look up what a rah was. My parents refer to them/me as Hooray Henries, as in: 'There were so many Hooray Henries at the regatta.'

They're the jewel-like fleshly bit that coats pomegranate seeds, purchasable in handy tubs from Tescos (along with the seeds inside, so maybe it's actually both I want... nearly a month later).
