Hello from lil ol me

Hello everyone.
Just wanted to introduce myself as im hoping to get lots of use out of this forum in the near future.
Ive been suffering with bad anxiety on and off for about a year. Just recently it has really starting causing problems with my new partner (of 2 months). He is finding it very difficult to deal with and its starting to make him unhappy. Obviously i dont want to make him unhappy and i really dont want to live like this anymore.
I was recommended this forum so i thought id give it a go as well as other things along to try and get myself better.
