Looks like I shall be flying solo although that may have its advantages in some ways it would still be nice to have a partner in crime.

You've lost 10 years, I've pretty well lost 15, twenty five years between us that's longer than some people live.

Planning a social thing every single day was a stupid idea... i'm going to be exhausted.
All I want to do is hide under my duvet : /

That sounds a bit intense
Maybe it would be worth easing off a bit, you don't want to over do it and undo the progress you have already made.

Yes on one hand you only have to please yourself but I can imagine having someone to share the experience with would be better.

I have thought before that I feel bad that I have wasted 10 years when there are people who have illnesses which kill them and they would love another 10 years to enjoy life and I have just thrown it away !

I'm 27, aren't you 28 ? Or was it 26 as I think there was a one year gap between us.
Did you literally finish school and then not do anything ? Or did you manage to work or go to college ?

^^ I don't really know anything like that, my heads full of rubbish that's specific to my current job and wouldn't be applicable anywhere else (stupid job).

I've never really tried to get much help with my problems just went to my GP about it once years ago when I was really bad and ended up seeing a private therapist for about a year (non-private counselling had about a 6 month waiting list), it didn't make much difference foe me in the end but maybe I should try something again, I'm not sure how much longer I can go on like this.

Been unemployed about two years now.

What about you?
That doesn't sound like a nice boss at all !
I have trouble sticking to things too ! I did manage to go to college and never missed a day but that was only due to the fact I was with my sister as she did the same course ! If she hadn't of done the same course I bet I would have never went back after the first day.
Ive tried work trials and work experience but never last longer than one day.

Right, I'm now putting on my serious hat for a moment, do you think this idea could actually happen?
We can spend hours fantasising over something that won't happen or we can actually do something to make it happen.
Would it be a ridiculous idea to start a euro tour thread to see if anyone else here is interested or has any input?

Serious hat off again, I don't think I will sleep tonight either, I saw your pictures first thing this morning

I think I prefer the educational setting.
I got a level 2 BTEC first diploma IT practitioners. I don't know how I passed, I found it so difficult. Ive literally forgot everything I have learnt now as it was so long ago. I got some other certificates too for other various things.

Yeah, I have some slightly smaller fish to fry before I could go gallivanting off around Europe and you need to save up etc. But this could actually happen couldn't it...
You can drive the bus and when it blows up I can fix it

I can't concentrate with worry in education lol when lecturer talks it just sounds like a load of babble and I hate the idea of people watching over me :/ Oh well if I get me HGV I can look forward to most of the day on my own. You got any plans?
I have no jobs to write down in my CV which looks terrible! Can you just narrow yours down to the best bits and leave out other bits so you can squeeze it all on to no more than 2 pages.

That's one thing I hate, people watching over me while I'm writing or typing.

Did you find out more information about getting your HGV licence ?
No plans yet, I don't know where I would start :/

Aye, it could indeed
I'm hoping to brave Plymouth on Saturday and you never know if that goes well I might even attempt Southampton.
Literally as I'm typing this a beautiful creature has appeared in my bedroom, alas not David Ames but a beautiful hawk moth, it's currently banging around the lampshade. Why do moths do that?

We could buy a full size coach and convert it into some sort of mobile home thing, you can pick up an old coach for peanuts now.

Time to evict my visitor, I can't be doing with creepy crawlies when I'm trying to sleep.

That's a brilliant idea using YouTube to get as much info as you can ! All preparation will go in your favour and help you learn quicker.
I can imagine being so high up in a truck will make you feel better as you can see so far ahead that you will see any obstructions or holdup early on.
I hope they contact you soon and they get the ball rolling, so you can do all the things you want to do.

Is there some kind of filter I can put on facebook that prevents me from seeing that video of that olympic dude f*cking his leg up, and also permanently erasing it from my mind?

Why have all the Google olympic doodles so far looked like a neat videogame I can't play? (I mean the hurdles and swimming ones, or is there a way to actually play these on my phone?)
And why when I go back and correct a word on my phone does it corrupt the word after it?
