Exteme anxiety

Today I had a text message saying my appointnent for chemo had been rescheduled for next week. I had my bloods done at the hospital this morning so naturally I panicked and thought there was something wrong with the bloods so I called them and the receptionist said pharmacy would call me .
I literally freaked out!! They send a stupid ambiguous text message and then cant give me any information.
The pharamist called and told me my bloods were normal but I had to wait until I see my oncologist this Friday before they continue with the treatment.
They explained that this was routine procedure and I understood that but why not explain that in the beginning?
I feel really angry but dont know if its justified?
I use an app called mychart and quite often there is no warning before appointments!
This is causing me great anxiety but they dont send paper letters anymore.
I dont know if anyone else has this experience but Im disgusted that they treat cancer patients like this...causing additional excess worry!!!
Should I complain to PALS?
