What are your plans today?

I am going to psych myself up and attempt some gardening, I have no idea what I'm doing with a garden being a new thing. It mostly looks like weeds so I think I'm just going to pull everything up and start again, I probably also need to figure out how to use a lawnmower, it feels like that should be fairly straightforward but I can envisage a situation where I electrocute myself and my carcas will eaten by hedgehogs and only discovered in a few weeks when the neighbours finally investigate the smell.

I'm considering going somewhere that isn't my flat, and eating some food there. But that sounds far too much like a decision, so chances are I won't.

^ nope its cos our house belonged to a 90+ year old woman before we bought it and it's highly likely she had accidents on it

It turn out it is! I also like the branding of that product. No nonsense! It also makes me appreciate that my DIY skills aren't that great. Although BFG knows what caulk is of course! He's very good with his hands!

in your defence Biscuit, I probably would have asked for the same thing. I also think it's best to chalk these things down to experience. Or something like that.

Not a lot, as it's pouring with rain and only about 7c, and its due to be like this until about 5pm.

Today’s plan is to make the most of what is looking to be a glorious day (weather wise). My sister is coming over soon so we will go out somewhervand enjoy the blue sky. Hopefully I’ll get round to some pottery in the garden as well.

Also I really should plant the sunflower seeds! Why can’t I remember to? Being forgetful is good sometimes because last week’s cold weather would have killed them.

Well I'm viewing two flats today, but I don't know what I'm doing after that or for the other two bank holiday weekend days.
I wish I could actually do things and enjoy them.

Personally I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip to be Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself.
