Intro post! SA and formerly agoraphobic

Hi everyone! I have sa, it's not as bad as it used to be, had a period of about five years in which I was agoraphobic, which is horrendous. I still get anxious occasionally now. Definitely haven't beaten it, not sure I ever will.

I hope to make friends here and just chat to people and all the usual really.

(bit of a boring intro I know but it's kinda tricky to get right

Does anyone know how to put a profile pic on? I can't seem to find a way to do it? (probably mainly because i'm a moron with this stuff!)

haha yep, it just wasn't there before for some reason! Put a poorly taken, filtered pic up... so that's good...
