Merry Christmas to you all. I am new to the site and I have never done this sort of thing before. I suffer from anxiety and It’s great to find a place to talk about things. I have a group of “friends” who just don’t get it. They think I should snap out of it. Due to lack of understanding I have stepped back from all friends but I am now feeling lonely.

Morning all. Thanks for your welcoming messages ***10084;***65039; Is It just me or does anyone else think about what happened in the past conversations or situations and think how you would have done it differently? I am a major over thinker so was just wondering if anyone else does it.
