I have no goals
It was hard to think of goals. The only one that came to mind was to lose weight. That has come to nothing. Sleep problems have destroyed it.

Re: I have no goals
Don't make 'goals' a burden. If you want something then have that as a goal and work towards it. If you don't want anything - life is enough!

Re: I have no goals
There is a gap between wanting and ability to achieve. I guess I need to establish a sleep pattern conducive to losing weight. The current situation of poor sleep at night and catching up during the day is getting me nowhere but I am at a loss how to break the cycle.
It is so much easier to sleep during the day and so tempting when I often feel bored or empty with my own company to slip under the duvet. |

Re: I have no goals
Good advice there ^. Unfortunately I'm right in your boat and I struggle sooo much with sleeping. The past year I've bbeen going to bed at 5-6am just to exhaust myself into allowing me to sleep. It's a tough cycle to break, and that should be a goal all on its own. Don't be too hard on yourself.
I've heard these things called Earthing and Sun Gazing help tremendously with sleep, but I've yet to try them. Maybe look into that |

Re: I have no goals
I don't have any goals at the minute but feel if I was to think of some it may give me something to focus on.
I'm just not sure what I want to do :s |
