Sorry for musing about fudge.

I think, if you can, you should make an appointment with your GP and ask for a referral for therapy/councelling. I mean what have you got to lose?
Things will get better for you D x

Thank you for the replies

I feel really trapped lately, I'm constantly trying to please a partner who I don't really want to be with but am too scared to end it.
Events this week now mean that I am needed more at home to help out for a while, I need to get back to work somehow as I'm skint and I'm also realising just how empty my life really is, I don't go anywhere, I don't speak to anyone or socialize, (I would cut my arm off to have a real life friend who I could talk to about things) I'm questioning my sexuality (again) I'm pretty sure I'm bisexual but don't have the confidence to actually experiment with anyone.

A part of me is really wishing that I had never ventured into the world of relationships and trying to be social, it's only led to pain, disappointment and frustration.

I just do not seem to be able to interact with other humans on a social level, if I had to explain to someone how an engine works or something technical like that I'm fine but actually conversing with someone about general chitchat is impossible for me.

Anyway I have a GPs appointment this week so will see if he can suggest anything to help me be less of a wet lettuce

What to do on a Sunday afternoon. I feel crappy with a cold and sore throat but I still feel like I should get out of the flat; in fact I feel like it's this flat that's making me ill.
Would probably help if I cleaned it a bit though!
I just have zero motivation and zero ideas. I don't think anything would actually make me feel happy right now.

^^^^^ Good to see there's others that think the same I'm sure most people probably don't even pay attention to my comma under/over usage. Just overthinking as usual!

Nothing wrong with using exclamation marks! I tend to use them a fair bit myself as it can make quite a difference to how something reads.

Now I'm thinking what a strange word exclamation is.

Either my neighbour's been making pea soup again or something's crawled into the walls and died.

My family love a bit of gossip! Good god. I've had two phone calls on the subject tonight alone...makes me laugh how people all want to be offended on another's part when they barely ever bother with the person in question to begin with.

All the best with that D I hope he/she comes up with some helpful suggestions.

Thinking about the hospital appointment I have in the morning. I’m having my wisdom tooth removed. If it was with my usual nice Dentist at the usual place I don’t think I’d feel quite so worried (who am I kidding). I know they will numb my mouth so it shouldn’t hurt too much but what about the injection that numbs the mouth. I can feel that! I had the option of a general anaesthesia but I convinced myself that I might die during the procedure so opted for local instead. I’m such a pathetic weakling

^ Thanks Muggins
I hope your extraction goes well and isn't painful, the worst part of going to the dentist for me is having to be numbed, I don't mind the drilling and prodding around in my mouth, just the injection

^^^ I hope your dentist appointment goes ok Muggins. Sometimes they can rub a bit of numbing gel on your gum so that you can't feel the injection so maybe they'll do that for you! My Mum had a wisdom tooth out last year without anaesthetic and despite crying from nervousness beforehand she actually said she couldn't feel anything during the actual procedure

8pm cup of coffee. My cutoff's usually 6pm. Should I? Bedtime feels so far away and I'm almost on the floor.

Wtf. I'm seriously thinking the Stones were just in the right place at the right time to be rock legends if that's anything to go by .

This should be the ad for 'kids, seriously, don't do drugs...'

.... How very dare you.. !

This made me laugh in the comments: "I love how in these videos it would appear that the band only exists to let Mick have a good time. He's like a dog they are taking for a walk.. "

Take a look at some of their other videos if you ever need perking up a bit

Such a bad migraine. Given that I had to go to A&E yesterday though with a head injury i'll take it! Could do without the lump though. Felt so sluggish yesterday, slightly less sluggish today, so tomorrow I should be back to just my usual slow self

I've never been so glad to have accidentally left the heating on the s'morning when I went out. It's not up high but just enough to feel warm when you walk in from the cold. I got stuck in a village with a 40 - 50 min wait for a bus to get home. Brrrrrr.
