A bit dizzy and weirdly disoriented. I woke up twice in the night after having nightmares. Then I just woke up in a panic because I thought I'd forgotten to set my alarm for work. Then remembered it's a bank holiday and I'm not at work. Be still lil mind, be still.

I forgot to turn my alarm off as its a long weekend too wanted a lie in aswell but hey ho!

Caught the mouse last night. Woke up at 1 am to check on the humane trap. And it was in there ! Tiny thing it was. Cute too so i'm glad i didnt use the snaptrap.

It was happily sat there , very calm. I thought it would be more active in the trap trying to get out. I drove out a few miles in my pajamas at 1 am ,to the woods and let him out.

Hopefully it was just him and there's no others.

Has it really been that long. I was just writing a piece on my personal history and I thought about SAUK and the message board that helped me understand all those feelings I had back then.
SA is not something you can be cured from. Nor do you ever overcome it. You learn to live with it.
I did. I am feeling good. I find courage to face challenges. Not all the battles are won, but even defeat can teach us to be bettter.
