Almond? you can use amaretto to recreate its taste fairly accurately.

Ah I love Dr Pepper! Very rarely drink fizzy drinks, just don't enjoy all the bubbles and sweetness, but I like the flavour

If I wanted a mixer for a drink I'd rather have Dr Pepper than coke/lemonade/tonic water ANY day!

Cinnamon or some kind of spices. Weird, I have no idea. I don't recall an almond flavour but I'm forgetting what Dr P tastes like

The North American version is horrible because they don't use real sugar.
