Giving myself time
it has just occured to me that i dont give myself enough time to let thoughts and feeling of the day out of my system. i work all day, come home and either spend alot of time on here or alot of time entertaining my flat mate. then i get emotional and upset easily.
i think if i gave myself 30 mins after work to just sit by myself and be me it might help. i dunno |

refelction can be a good thing - just don't dwell on bad things but release it all and free yourself of the day ready to start the next day free of the last.
