Default Making real progress with CBT

I have just had another session of CBT and my therapist has told me I am making really good progress with how CBT is going. I have now got the grasp of identifying situations where negative and irrational thought patterns occur and challenging them with positive rational thoughts.

I have also made progress with having more of a social life outside of work.

I have also been told it is likely that my CBT, with the progress I am making, will end in two months time, after a little more work on assertiveness and a final review.

That's excellent! Keep up the good work.
I'm on a waiting list for CBT, look forward to getting started.
