I think I had an account on here years ago but I forgot about it, so I made a new one.

So hi, I'm Jess and I'm 22. I struggled with SA through pretty much all of my teens. I had to drop of education, and had to leave a couple of jobs because of it. I thought I'd end up on benefits for the rest of my life or something.

But now I'm in my second year of university, and I hope to continue studying and work in biological research. Recently, I feel that I've made loads of progress and I now want to help others with SA. I'm considering starting a support group for students with anxiety at uni, and I thought I might be able to make myself useful around here.
