Smile Hey Everyone!
Just another lurker who's finally summoned up enough courage to make their first post. One of my New Year's resolutions was to finally make a conscious effort to reduce my social anxiety, so aside from attempting to get involved here I'll also be starting CBT in several weeks time, I can't wait!

So yeah, Hey all!
