I feel proud of myself for pushing myself to go outside with my boyfriend. I gone a whole week with pushing myself to do things that make me tired and/or bored. I felt so tired today when I woke up and felt like I couldnt find the energy to go outside and do anything but I did I got threw it and felt good.

Now I feel more tired and my body feels a little achy but it was all worth it.

I spent time with my boyfriend and watched movies, did chores, play video games, and ate at his place.

I do need a day of rest now though...

Thanks Cynic. I felt quite achey in my lung area again last night. Most of the times it feels almost dry cottonwoolly occasionally have a bit of phlegm but I'm not good at getting it up. Anyway see the doc Monday about something else so he should be able to check me out. I hate having blocked noses with colds, (or one nostril blocked - you know when you manage to clear one side not the other..

) fortunately I haven't had that too much. Hope you hurry up and feel better.

I'm feeling a bit rubbish. I didn't explain something to someone properly earlier, which resulted in him getting the wrong end of the stick and getting very angry with his boss, and by the time i'd spoken to him to explain things, he'd sent him an arsey email, which he then had to phone up and apologise for.

Tired, been out into town with a friend and tried to find some clothes, didnt actually buy anything though. Felt paranoid about how I looked though, but had a good time round my friend place and a good laugh at stuff.

I'm feeling reasonably ok today although after walking through the middle of Nottingham at lunchtime on my way home from ice skating, I really started to notice how many people were looking at me in a negative way.

One girl walked past holding her scarf over her face but just from looking at her eyes I could tell she was laughing at me.

Today I'm bored silly! Feel really tired too, which doesn't help in motivating myself to do anything.

Back to work tomorrow, sadly!
Only good thing I have to look forward to is I've FINALLY found my own place to live

I get the keys to my lil apartment on March 13th and I can't bloody wait

Will be weird living on my own again, but I'm seeing it as a time to make a fresh start, if I can.
