Hi Everyone
I don’t even know what to say,I really struggle to find words to start a conversation.it will probably take me ages to even post this as I even feel anxious trying to talk from behind a phone screen.I really struggle with my SA I’m 35 now & reckon I’ve had this since I was about 5 years old,well that’s what I remember although my mom says even from around 9 months old if anyone looked at me I would bury my head into my moms neck I hated people looking at me & still do it’s ruined my life I’ve tried to get help in the past for this & other mental health issues I have but I just can’t deal with People,if anyone tries to speak to me I totally clam up go bright red & start sweating which makes me more anxious as they can see the sweat on my forehead then if I do say something,my throat dries up and I start stumbling my words.Some days I honestly feel like I can’t go on any more,I hate this so much.
