started job
Im working as a support worker with people with learning disabilities and it was my first day today. I Met about 20 people and im feeling pretty drained now, im pleased with myself!.
Along with doing a mental health volunteer course which has just finished. About a year ago i was on medication for anxiety and i could'nt really go anywhere without feeling anxious. Changing is not easy, but it is possible!. |
