hello all

Hi there,

my name is Laura and im 21 years old. im from Sheffield and currently i am a SAHM.

I have not been diagnosed with SAD but i have read into it after being diagnosed with mild agoraphobia and i feel i have a certain amount of SAD.

I am currently waiting for a CBT appointment.
