Don’t run before you can walk, Chess. A glass of water and a bowl of bran flakes might sort out your arse chocolate, without the need for fruit and veg, you never know.
Either way, never stop being your marvellous self, arteries or no arteries.

Absolutely, Seagull! Good old fashioned roughage is where it's at! Where it does the job and you also feel better after doing a good jobbie! It's the circle of life!

Thank you for your kind offer Angela, but unfortunately I'm considered a fire hazard when it comes to eating sprouts. Thank you, anyway.

Jacket potato (coated in napolina olive oil) and butter (lurpak) again. It's my new favourite meal. I can honestly see myself settling down with this meal. While also having a bit of slap and tickle with a bowl of chips.

I would have liked a fruit jelly Lee, but I think they were helping to turn me into a jelly. Although those raspberry trifles and kit kats probably weren't helping either.

As for those sprouts, Angela. Let's just say I have the potential to compete with British Gas!

A Vegi Burger, a Bird's Eye chicken chargrill, and half a pack of Ben's rice. 555 calories.

Fourth day in having jacket potato (coated in napolina olive oil) and butter (lurpak). I'm still a fan of the meal, but I'm starting to pinch a bit. So tomorrow I might mix it up. Healthiness and such. Maybe even broccoli.

Fifth day in having jacket potato (coated in napolina olive oil) and butter (lurpak). Although I was going to mix it up a bit today, but I'm happy with this meal. It's nutritious and I'm also feeling less pinchy today. It's all good!

Feta, some kind of processed meat (I think it may be turkey ham, my Greek isn't brilliant, but it was reduced in Lidl), Russian salad, mixed leaves and coleslaw mix with bread rolls.

A cat appeared on my balcony and miaowed for food, so I gave her a couple of slices of meat and a small square of feta.

I think it was actually Chess in feline form, needing a change from jacket potato / pot noodle / fruit jelly
