Default "Excellent" progress in my social group

I had my first review of how I am doing in my social group that I go to on Fridays. I was told that I am making (and I quote) "excellent" progress and mixing in very well with the group and that I am a invaluable member of the group.

I did identify that I need to work on being assertive and hopefully I should be starting a course real soon.

This website (and my posts in the trophy room) was also mentioned and the website address for this board will now be given to other socially anxious people who come to the resource centre I go to.

So, er... well done SAUK and to er... me.

Well done tghe-retford, that's excellent

I'm curious as to how you came across this group, is it specifically a mental heath thing?

I was referred to the group from my cognitive behavioural therapist. To join the young adult social group you have to be referred there by a mental health professional. It's not just for the socially anxious, people can join from regardless of what they suffer from.
