Thumbs up 26 y/o newbie saying hi!

After what feels like an eternity of coping with SA, low self-esteeem & confidence + just under a year on anti-depressants I thought to myself 'other people have SA so maybe there's a ~community' and Googled it on a longshot.

Low and behold I found this place and was equally surprised, excited and relieved. It's stupid but I never realised that SA was an actual condition that others suffered with even though I have dealt with it my entire life.

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing here yet but I am so glad that this place exists!

So yeah, hey I guess?!
