Hello everyone,

My name is Sarah. I'm 21 and from Berkshire. ...And I'm a hermit.

I joined this forum a long time ago under another name but then I thought I was getting better and wasn't active here. Recently though I've become depressed. I go from high to low in the space of a day and it gets so tiring.

I don't think I can ever beat SA, but I would like to find out ways to keep it "down."
